We want to make sure you love your order, but we understand that sometimes, things aren't up to scratch.

We are happy to accept returns for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 10 days of receiving your product. You are responsible for the return shipping of your item.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase. A partial refund will be applied when the packaging can not be accounted for.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 days from when your order was placed. Shipping times vary by the method you select:

• Economy shipping: 5-8 business days
• Standard: 3-4 business days

After each order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link you can use to track your order status.

Shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays experienced by the carrier can not be the responsibility of UN/DN LAQR.

If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line.

Often, once our polishes are sould out, they don't come back! So be sure to collect them all, while they last.
