We want to make sure you love your order, but we understand that sometimes, things aren't up to scratch.

Return orders must be returned within 30 days of the order date, in unused/unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 days from when your order was placed. Shipping times vary by the method you select:

• U.S. Ground Shipping: 5-8 business days
• U.S. Express Shipping: 3-4 business days
• International Shipping: 6-10 business days

After each order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link you can use to track your order status.

Shipping times are not guaranteed. Busines days do not include weekends or holidays. Delays experienced by the carrier can not be the responsibility of UN/DN LAQR.

If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line.

Often, once our polishes are sould out, they don't come back! So be sure to collect them all, while they last.
