Orders & Delivery

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so please contact us immediately with any change requests by emailing support@undnlaqr.com or via our contact page.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to help you to change or cancel your order.

If your new nail polish arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your product at support@undnlaqr.com or via our contact page. Please include a picture of the damaged item so we can work with you to get a replacement or refund.

We are happy to accept returns for a full refund less shipping charges within 10 days of receiving your product. You are responsible for the return shipping of your item. Send an email to support@undnlaqr.com or reach us via our contact page and we will be happy to initiate your return.

Shipping is free with orders over $35.

Economy shipping (5-8 business days) is available for $6.95

Express shipping (3-4 business days) is available for $14.00

UN/DN LAQR ships in the United States to 48 states, not including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Canada! We're working on being able to expand to other regions soon.

We ship to P.O. boxes through USPS Priority only.

After each order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link you can use to track your order status. Be sure to add undn@undnlaqr.com to your email address book to ensure you receive this email.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 days from when you place your order. Shipping times vary by the method you select:

Economy shipping: 5-8 business days

Standard: 3-4 business days

Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

Gifting

Yes, digital gift cards are available and are delivered via email. If you are purchasing for someone else but you use your own email address to purchase, simply forward the gift card email you receive to your recipient.

While we don’t provide gift wrap for all orders, our 3-polish boxed sets and 6-polish nail art kits come in beautiful boxes perfect for gifting.

Product

First, apply a single coat of Gloss Top / Bottom Coat. Next, apply two coats of nail polish color, and finish it off with one coat of Gloss Top / Bottom Coat for a glossy look, or Nothing Matte(rs) Top Coat for a matte finish. Allow the nail polish to dry completely before taking on the rest of the day.

Your nail polish should be stored in a cool dry place, where the temperature is less than 80° F and it is not exposed to heat or sunlight.

This means that Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Toluene, Xylene, Dibutyl phthalate (DBP), Camphor, Parabens, Ethyl Tosylamide, and Triphenyl Phosphate will not be found in our nail polish formulas.

Yes! Our products have not been tested on animals.

Yes! Our products do not contain animal ingredients.

No, our products do not include GMOs (genetically modified organisms).
